Because each product is personalized, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started.

🔁 Exceptions & Issues

We stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives damaged or with a mistake on our end, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@SouthernDice.com, and we’ll make it right.

      To be eligible for a replacement:

• Include photos of the product and packaging

• Explain the issue clearly (wrong engraving, damage, etc.)

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase unless production has already begun.
